Remember, if goods are not faulty, Lincs gas does not have to do anything. However, we may issue a credit note or exchange on a goodwill basis. You should always check how long the credit note is valid for.
This returns policy excludes Printed Circuit Boards, non-catalogue products and specially manufactured products or parts we special order for you
All products are returned to Lincs Gas group at cost to the Customer and at the Customer's risk. Lincs Gas accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to them or any items received by Lincs Gas with them.
If we cancel the contract without good reason we will pay you any losses or costs you suffer as a result of the cancellation

This is subject to the following conditions:
The product must be unused, as new, in saleable condition and returned with the original product packaging.
Orders which are made to measure, cut or mixed to your requirements cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless they are faulty).
If you return the product to Lincs Gas, we may ask for identification (proof of address) to help combat fraud.
If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights. Please call us on 08451 080756* to arrange.
Delivery dates are approximate and no liability is accepted in respect of late deliveries, please do not arrange to install the items until after they have been delivered and checked for damage
Identification MUST be produced on all deliveries and you must Quote the unique reference number, we will inform you of this number via emai, or landline telephone, or fax after you have placed the order .Goods will only be released to the card holders address & under no circumstances will the goods be delivered into vehicles or left outside a property
